Dr. Adam Graves has been helping patients in Castle Rock and Douglas County find the root cause of their health challenges since 2011. As a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist trained at Bastyr University — the most respected naturopathic medical institution in North America — Dr. Graves brings both the rigorous clinical training of Western medicine and the wisdom of Eastern healing traditions to every patient he sees.

His story: Dr. Graves’ path to natural medicine began with his own health. Struggling with severe asthma and allergies in college, he turned to natural treatments when conventional medicine wasn’t providing lasting answers. When his father later died from cardiovascular disease, Dr. Graves saw firsthand the limitations of a system focused on managing symptoms rather than addressing underlying causes. He committed himself to a different kind of medicine — one that asks why the body is struggling, not just what to prescribe for it.

His approach: Every illness has an underlying cause. Dr. Graves is trained to find and remove those causes rather than mask symptoms. He works alongside his patients, treating them as active participants in their own healing rather than passive recipients of care.
